Kind, compassionate, and loyal, Kim has a deep love for people. She values family and finds value in the ways family can be formed, whether through bloodline or choice. Seeing her children and grandchildren enjoying life is a great source of joy for Kimberly.
Described as ‘the world’s mother’ by her children, she enjoys guiding and assisting others through difficult situations. Those who know Kimberly know she would do anything in her power to assist those around her.
Kim is a firm believer in trusting yourself – instincts, and faith. Living these values has been one of Kimberly’s most rewarding life lessons so far and has allowed her to realize her self-worth. In her free time, Kimberly enjoys reading, crocheting, and making quilts.
Kim’s advice to her younger self: “Trust your instincts and gut. Don’t do things just to not be alone or to fit in.”
Kim now: “We can do whatever we set our minds to. We can learn and appreciate the new things but still help others with the more “rustic” things.”
